Free Shipping & Rates

U.S. 50 states (including Alaska & Hawaii)

  • Standard Shipping: $5 for orders under $25; free for orders $25+ (before tax and after discounts).

  • Expedited Shipping: $10 for orders under $25; $5 for orders $25+.

U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa)

  • Standard Shipping: $15 for orders under $25; $10 for orders $25+.

  • Expedited Shipping: $20 for orders under $25; $15 for orders $25+.
    Orders shipping to U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed by the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 2–4 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday periods. Delivery to U.S. territories may take longer.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and to select U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa).

Please note: U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping and may have higher shipping rates. P.O. Boxes are supported via USPS.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Address Changes

For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once an order is in transit. Please double-check your details before confirming your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at cs@fresinider.com .

If your order has not shipped, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund within 2 business days.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may still be eligible for a return under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Delays & Notifications

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you by email and provide the option to cancel for a full refund.
