At FRESINIDER, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to be clear and fair, while complying with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be new, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used medical and personal care products cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer support team at cs@fresinider.com with:
- Your full name and contact information
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
Return Shipping & Costs
- If the return is due to a quality issue, defect, or incorrect item shipped, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our error.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under local law (for example, in the UK/EU you may be entitled to a refund of standard delivery charges when returning goods within the statutory cooling-off period).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds will include the product price and applicable sales tax (if any), but not the original shipping cost (unless the return is due to our mistake).
- Partial refunds are possible if only part of your order is returned.
- We do not cover any bank or payment provider transaction fees, including exchange rate differences.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for items with manufacturing defects, damage during shipment, or incorrect products received.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and cover shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.
- Exchanges are not available for personal preference reasons (such as size, color, or style).
Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, postal service disruptions, holidays).
- Please review all product descriptions and usage instructions before purchase.
